AquaMobile is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to help the company reach its next phase of growth.

This dynamic, organized, self-starter will directly impact AquaMobile’s continued growth and will work closely with the Operations Manager.

The Recruiting Operations Lead will ensure that AquaMobile’s 2-sided marketplace, in particular the supply side of swim instructors and lifeguards, is well balanced in key regions, in order to fully meet our growing customer demand, and therefore grow sales.

The Recruiting Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all of AquaMobile’s instructors and guards have an exceptional experience and feel like valued members of the AquaMobile Family. Our instructors/guards are our greatest assets, and AquaMobile’s success depends on their happiness and engagement.

In this role, the Lead will act as their advocate and represent their needs to the Operations Manager and to the CEO. You will also develop the online community, helping over 300 instructors feel connected across geographies, leading recruitment efforts of Swim Instructors & Lifeguards, building strong relationships with them and developing a community feel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and act as their advocate to ensure we are providing them with the best experience possible
  • Lead the recruitment of Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to ensure that AquaMobile’s 2-sided marketplace, in particular the supply side, is well balanced in key regions to match the customer demand side. Depending on the season, you will lead several team members to help with the recruitment efforts
  • Built strong relationships with the Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and develop a community feel
  • Manage the candidate post-offer acceptance process, ensuring a smooth onboarding so that every new instructor has their profile ready to get clients
  • Own the recruiting process, understand instructor's needs and make improvement proposals to the management team
  • Assess the candidate's quality, skills, and fit within the applicant tracking system to identify the best candidate for the position
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, email and text and follow up on requests and inquiries
  • Facilitate the strategic advertising of all vacancies by identifying key areas with high demand and low supply, conducting research on niche job posting sites and maintaining the job posting data
  • Opportunity to work on special projects with the Operations Manager

About You:

  • 3-5+ years of work experience in areas such as Recruiting, Operations, Customer Success, or Growth
  • Experience working at a 2-sided marketplace company
  • Experience with ATS software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Proven experience in identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency and growth and executing on them
  • Ability to identify, create and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service in a B2C environment
